OPP in Noelville are continuing to investigate a fatal snowmobile collision which killed two people. Police say a man on his snowmobile somehow hit a 29-year-old woman near a fishing hut on a river, killing her. The 42-year-old driver also died.
And a one-year-old child with the woman received non-life threatening injuries and is being treated in hospital. The fatal collision took place on the Murdock River, a frozen waterway near Alban which has quite a few ice fishing huts this time of year. The collision took place just after 6:30pm Saturday.
