Some Espanola residents might be wondering what all the commotion was at Domtar this morning. There was an evacuation and emergency response vehicles were on site. However all this was part of an exercise to test the company`s emergency preparedness. The company goes through this type of drill on a regular basis to make sure everyone knows what to do in the event a real emergency.
