A man who barricaded himself in a third story Sudbury apartment is now in custody. The standoff ended peacefully around 6:30 Thursday night. Sudbury police were on the scene throughout the afternoon and at one point climbed a fire truck ladder to talk to someone in the apartment. Police will release more information about the incident today.
