A Grade 7 student from Central Manitoulin Public School is getting ready to head to Blind River. Amber Wahl was the winner earlier this month in the Royal Canadian Legion Public Speaking contest in Onaping. Her speech was about black flies, the problems they cause and what people do to cope. Blind River is hosting the Northern Ontario public speaking competition.
