Canadian Blood Services is putting out a need for blood. It’s holding a collection drive in Blind River next Tuesday and still has 47 openings. Blood Services says it’s important that it collect as much blood as possible at next week’s drive because its inventory levels are down. Mike Mantha, the MPP for Algoma Manitoulin, has adopted this clinic just like the one he adopted in Espanola earlier this week to get more donors. Next Tuesday’s drive is at the Blind River Community Centre and runs from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
