Film screening in Blind River

A film depicting how First Nation children are discriminated against will be shown February 10th in Blind River.  The film is called Hi-Ho Mistahey.  Carol Hughes of Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing says Canada has the ability to stop chronic underfunding of services for Aboriginal kids.  Hughes says First Nation children deserve the same services that non-native children enjoy.   Friday’s film will be shown at the Timber Village Museum and begins at 6:30pm.
